The Cake Maker
My name is Lucy and I am a cake geek who loves to make people smile with my baked treats.
I think everybody has a 'thing'. My husband's is cricket, my mum's is up-cycling and mine, baking. And until March 2012, I thought i was alright at it. Winning the Oxford Bake Off, proved to me that the people who said my baking was yummy, weren't all just being polite!

My ingredients and passion for creativity are what make my cakes different. I beleive in always using the finest ingredients, local where possible and the enjoyment I get from doing my best in the kitchen means I can give these treats to people knowing its made from the heart.
